How does it work for the advertiser?

Your advertisers access the advertisement submission portal via a link included in an email sent by you. The Ad|Portal features a user-friendly and intuitive interface, allowing advertisers to upload new advertising material or resubmit existing material.

During the upload process, the advertisement is automatically checked and, if necessary, corrected using the online PDF checker and fixer. As a result, the submitted advertising material is always approved and can then be fully integrated into your publication process automatically or, in some cases, published directly.

PDF Checker


It regularly happens that digitally submitted advertisements turn out to be unsuitable for publication after submission. In the final stage of the production process, for example, it may become apparent that colors have not been properly converted to CMYK mode or that content extends beyond the page boundaries.

The PDF Checker verifies whether the submitted PDFs comply with the delivery specifications. Any error messages are automatically sent back to the submitting party, including clear instructions on how to resolve the identified issues in the file.

This creates an efficient workflow for all parties involved while minimizing the risk of errors.

PDF Fixer


As a publisher, you can choose to use the PDF Fixer in addition to the PDF Checker. The PDF Fixer corrects the errors identified by the PDF Checker. Once the file has been corrected, the advertiser receives the final result with a request for approval.
